The phrase "OV-HO" appears in the bridge of the song "Not Like Us," released on May 4th, 2024. Kendrick uses the term "OV-HO" as a play on the name of Drake's record label, OVO (October's Very Own). Within the song, Lamar directs criticism towards Drake and his team, alleging them of being pedophiles.
